We work directly with developers and bring buyers from many countries. We are looking for brokers, developers and partners to close more deals together.
For brokers
We bring the clients. You guide them to the deal.
What you get
- Clients. We pass you enquiries from our advertising and website, so you do not need to look for buyers.
- Developer projects. We work directly with developers under agency agreements: up-to-date prices, availability, presentations and floor plans.
- Support. We prepare property selections for each client, register the client with the developer and help with documents and the deal.
- No exclusivity: you can keep working with your current partners.
Terms
- A fee for every completed deal.
- Paid after the client has paid for the property in full.
- We work under a written agreement. We will explain the terms on a call.
Who we are looking for
- Licensed brokers. In Türkiye - a broker certificate and authorisation (TTBS).
- Working English. Other languages are a plus.
- Experience with international buyers.

For developers
- m² Agency brings property buyers from Europe, the CIS, Israel, the Middle East, Asia and beyond. We work with clients from many countries, not only Russian-speaking buyers.
- We currently work with projects in Cyprus, Greece, Georgia, Thailand and Bali, and add new markets where there is demand.
- Your projects appear in our website catalogue (24 language versions), in selections tailored to each client and on our Telegram channel. We show only your official materials, prices and availability, always dated.
- The service is free for buyers. The developer pays the agency commission under an agency agreement.
- How to start: fill in the form, and we will sign an agency agreement - yours or ours.
- What we need from you: an up-to-date price list and availability, your client registration procedure, presentations, floor plans, photos and advertising rules.
Agencies, lawyers and consultants
Do you work with property buyers or relocation? Agencies, lawyers, immigration consultants, financial advisers - or you simply know someone looking for a home abroad - tell us about yourself.
- Your client gets properties directly from the developer, with no fee for the buyer.
- You receive a fee under an agreement once the deal is completed.
- We agree terms individually, depending on your role in the deal.

Does the client pay the agency?
No. The developer pays the commission.
Is exclusivity required?
No.
When is the fee paid?
After the buyer has paid for the property in full.
Can I join without a licence?
Not as a broker. You can refer clients through the "Other partners" form.
How will I know my client's status?
We update you personally at every stage.
