Privacy policy

Updated: 6 November 2026. In short and to the point: what data we receive through this site, why, who we share it with and how to delete it.

1. Who processes the data

The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Stanislav Iliaguev, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, trading as m² Agency. Registration and tax number 302372894, registering authority - LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, Georgia. Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Chugureti District, Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street N 52. 2. What we collect

  • From forms and the questionnaire: name, phone number or messenger username, email if you provided it, country, budget, goal, the selected property and your comment.
  • From the Telegram bot @m2agency_leads_bot and WhatsApp: username and account ID, phone number and message text.
  • Automatically: IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, traffic source (utm tags, yclid, gclid, fbclid, campaign and ad IDs).

We do not ask for passport details, card details or documents through the site.

3. Why

  • To answer your request and select properties that match your budget and goal.
  • To keep the history of your request in our CRM.
  • To understand which pages and advertising channels bring requests, and to show ads to people who are interested in them.
  • To protect the site from spam.

The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting a form or contacting us, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Analytics and advertising cookies in your browser (Yandex Metrica and the Meta pixel, section 4) are based only on your consent in the cookie banner. We do not sell data.

4. Cookies, Yandex Metrica and the Meta pixel

Analytics is switched on only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Necessary only" or make no choice, the counters are not loaded.

  • Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), counter 111968144: visits, sources, on-page behaviour, click maps and session recordings. What you type into the name, phone, email and comment fields is not included in session recordings.
  • Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), ID 1768541131144362: page and property views, searches, clicks on WhatsApp, Telegram and phone, and the fact that a request was submitted. It is used to measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show it to similar audiences. We also report a completed request to Meta from our server (Conversions API) to measure advertising. If you clicked "Accept" in the cookie banner, the request event includes your IP address, browser data (User-Agent), Meta cookie identifiers (fbp, fbc), the page URL and SHA-256 hashes of your phone number, email and name - the name and phone number are never sent in clear text. Without that consent, the IP address, User-Agent and fbp are not sent: only the contact hashes are sent, plus the ad click identifier (fbc) if you came from a Meta ad.

Your browser also stores necessary settings: language, theme, currency, favorites, comparison list, your cookie choice (m2_consent, 180 days) and the traffic source - first (90 days) and last (30 days) - so that we know which channel a request came from. They contain no name, phone number or email.

5. Who we share data with

  • Vercel - website hosting and request handling.
  • Kommo - the CRM that stores your request and communication history.
  • Telegram and WhatsApp - conversations with you and internal notifications about requests.
  • Yandex Metrica and Meta - statistics and advertising performance.
  • ImprovMX and Google - email at hello@m2agencyre.com.

We pass your contact details to a developer or its sales team only for the property you chose and only after your instruction - this registers the purchase in your name, and the developer pays for our work.

These services are located in different countries, including the EU and the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence. We share only the minimum each service needs to work.

Transfers to Russia and the United States. Yandex Metrica is provided by Yandex LLC, a company in Russia: the data collected by the counter is transferred to Russia and processed there. Russia has no adequacy decision from the European Commission, so the level of data protection there may be lower than in your country. The Meta pixel is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; under Meta's own terms, data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. The basis for transferring data collected by Yandex Metrica and the Meta pixel in your browser is your consent: we load Yandex Metrica and the Meta pixel only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time (section 4) - this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. The server-side request event sent to Meta (Conversions API) is described in section 4.

6. How long we keep data

  • Requests and correspondence in the CRM - 24 months from the last contact.
  • Purchase documents - as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Statistics - within the retention periods of Metrica and Meta.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent or opt out of offers. Email hello@m2agencyre.com - we reply within 10 working days. You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country; in Georgia, this is the Personal Data Protection Service (personaldata.ge).

8. Applicable law

Processing is governed by the law of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. For visitors from the EU we additionally comply with the GDPR. The site is intended for adults.
