Consent to personal data processing

Updated: 6 November 2026. This is the consent you give by ticking the checkbox under a form on m2agencyre.com. It is a separate document: the site does not treat submitting a form as consent in itself and does not bundle this consent with any other agreement.

Ticking the checkbox is voluntary. Without it we cannot process your request, because we would have no lawful basis to contact you and select properties for you.

1. Who you give consent to

Individual Entrepreneur Stanislav Iliaguev, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, trading as m² Agency. 2. What data this consent covers

Your name and the contact channel you provide: phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, and email if you entered it.
Your answers in the questionnaire and forms: country, budget, purpose of purchase, markets and properties of interest, your comment.
Technical visit data: traffic source (utm tags and click IDs), the page the request came from, interface language, cookie identifiers.

We do not ask for passport details, home address, income information or any data beyond the above - none of it is needed to select properties.

3. What we may do with the data

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction and updating, use, transfer to the recipients listed in section 5, restriction, deletion and anonymisation - both automated and manual.

4. Purposes

To contact you about your request and answer your questions.
To select properties from developers that match your budget, goals and chosen markets.
To keep the history of your request and communication in a CRM system.
To register the purchase in your name with the developer - only on your instruction.

We do not make automated decisions about you based on this data, we do not sell it and we do not pass it to advertising brokers.

5. Recipients

Vercel - website hosting and request handling.
Kommo - the CRM system that stores your request and communication history.
Telegram (bot @m2agency_leads_bot) and WhatsApp - conversations with you and internal notifications about new requests.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - the fact of a request, to measure advertising: SHA-256 hashes of your phone number, email and name, plus the ad click identifier if you came from a Meta ad; IP address and browser data only with cookie consent (section 4 of the privacy policy).
ImprovMX and Google - delivery and storage of email sent to hello@m2agencyre.com.
The developer or its authorised sales team - only for the property you chose and only after your instruction.

These services are located in different countries, including the United States and the European Union, so your data may be stored outside your country of residence. By giving this consent you also agree to such transfer abroad.

6. Analytics - separately

This consent does not cover analytics or advertising cookies. Yandex Metrica (counter 111968144, including session recording) and the Meta pixel (ID 1768541131144362) run only if you separately click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you did not, or chose "Necessary only", they are not loaded. See section 4 of the privacy policy for details. You can change your choice at any time: .

7. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid for 24 months from our last contact with you or until you withdraw it, whichever comes first. Documents relating to a completed purchase are kept for as long as applicable tax and accounting rules require.

To withdraw, simply email hello@m2agencyre.com - no special form is needed. We stop processing and delete your data within 10 working days, except for what we are required to keep by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

8. Your other rights

Access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability and opting out of offers - all of these are described in section 7 of the privacy policy and work through the same address, hello@m2agencyre.com.

9. Applicable law

The operator is registered in Georgia, and processing of data collected through this site is governed by the law of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. The supervisory authority is the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge). If a visitor is in the European Union, we additionally comply with the GDPR.
