- Title registration - GEL 150; no transfer tax.
- Annually: property tax of 0.05-1%, depending on household income.
- Apartments from developers in Tbilisi are usually sold in shell condition - fit-out is extra.

What we check before booking. Where there is no answer yet, we say so.
- There is no mandatory escrow during construction in Georgia - we check the payment schedule, building permit and NAPR extract for the plot.
